ဒီပံုေလးကေတာ့ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ Work Scope ရဲ့ photo ေလးတစ္ခုေပါ့ ၊ Jigs and Fixture Design လို့ေခၚပါတယ္။ေနာက္ပိုင္းမွာ jigs and fixture အေၾကာင္းကို အေသးစိိိတ္ရွင္းျပမွာပါ။ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို့ company ရဲ့အဓိကအလုပ္ကေတာ့ Jigs and Fixture ပါ။
ဒါေပမယ့္ customer ေပၚမွာမူတည္ျပီး design လုပ္ေပးရတာေတြလည္းရွိေတာ့ jigs Design တခုတည္းသတ္မွတ္လို့မရပါဘူး။ work flow process ကိုေျပာျပရမယ္ဆိုရင္ေတာ့ အဓိက customer ေတြဆီကျပဳလုပ္လိုေသာ parts ရဲ့ soft copy Drawing (or) hard copy ေသာ္၄င္း sample parts ေသာ္၄င္း ယူေဆာင္လကၡံျပီး parts ေပၚမွာမူတည္၍ attention process အတိုင္း Jigs လုပ္ရတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒီ process မွာ Jigs ကိုအသံုးျပဳမယ့္ machining operator ေသာ္၄င္း hand operator ေသာ္၄င္းသူတို့ရဲ့ကိုင္တြယ္မွဳ safety ကိုလည္းထည့္စဥ္းစားဖို့လိုပါတယ္။ safety ဟာအေရးၾကီးဆံုးအပိုင္းမွာပါ၀င္ပါတယ္။ဒီ လုပ္ငန္းဟာ customer ေတြနဲ့တိုက္ရုိက္ထိေတြ့ဆက္ဆံရတဲ့လုပ္ငန္းတခုပါ။ဘယ္လိုပဲမိမိ Design က Theory အရ ေရာ costing ေရာ perfect ျဖစ္ေနပါေစ customer complain ျဖစ္ရင္ modify လုပ္ေပးရပါတယ္။
